I was a consumer that fell victim to this scam. I should never have borrowed R3000 from them as I was in finincial trouble and shortly afterwards lost my job. I never realised that the court case took place. I have a car that is in Allied Capitals name according to the licence department which means this car is worth nothing to me as I gave the papers to Allied Capital for the loan. Could you please find the time to assist me. I dont know what to do as this car which cost me R47000 Ford Ka is worthless to me. I cannot take out a licence. I beg of you to help me. I am struggling financially and stress is part of my daily life.
