I applied in September 2019 for my unabridged birth certificate. - almost 2 years ago. I applied at the Bellville branch. I have tried emailing and calling the numbers given to me but to no avail. I have emailed quite a few times but have not been able to get the birth certificate. I had my parents go into the bellvile branch a year ago on my behalf but they were told it was not ready due to Covid but I requested it 6 months prior to Covid. Recently I had my brother go to the Paarl branch but told it was not done yet.

Could you please assist in helping me get my unabridged birth certificate. I desperately need it for a visa application.
