Good morning councilor, I am desperately in need of help. I can call you at your earliest convenience or alternatively on my cell 082 682 5879. I am the General Manager of South Villa guest house in Knysna. I have had endless problems with the renewing of my vehicle registration since 18th Jan 2021. Sent numerous mails to E services and I am receiving fines on my reregistration as no fault of mine.

Traffic & vehicle licensing issues are best cleared with the local traffic department since the local traffic department deals with this directly - also in terms of delegations & legislative mandate. The oversight function in the Western Cape in terms of Transport is handled by the Portfolio Chairperson of Transport, Ricardo Makenzie - but I would suggest that you get in touch with the Western Cape Dept of Transport to resolve your query: 0860212414
