Dear Mr Groenewald

I am sending this message but I am a bit sceptical as I do not know who will receive this message. I have a loved one in Baviaanspoort Correctional Service. There are public phone booths but they hardly ever work. I fully understand the no cell phone policy but I mean how are our loved ones supposed to get in touch with us if that phone booths dont work. I am not a very healthy person at this stage. I have extreme depression and suffer from severe anxiety attacks as well have problems with my heart, and with these phone booths not working it makes my condition worse. I then only know if he is okay when I go see him on a Sunday. Please can there be something done to make sure these phones are working. So that we who stick to the rules are able to make contact with our loved ones.
