Dear Sir
On the 19th May 2019 around 23:00 a couple was hijacked, and the guy was shot 3 times. The SAPS were able to discover their vehicle but a two way radio which belonged to the Phoenix Police station {Durban} was also found. I m pleading for your intervention because nobody knows how it got into the stolen car, unless the hijackers were the police. I fear that the culprits will get away with what they did and even scared if the police were also involve somehow.
