Dear Minister

My request is for your Department to investigate the PESI grants that we were defrauded by the officials from your Department during COVID as beneficiaries. We have the proof and the Department acknowledged the wrong doing. The office of the Public Protector refused to investigate this matter. No one was held accountable.
