Goodday Sir/Madam
I am a Zimbabwean lady aged 35 ,I came to SA 2006 but I don’t know how I missed the ZEP so it’s been 15 years and still illegal.how can I apply legal papers my baby was born here no birth certificate nothing. I know people will say go back home but I can’t because something happened long back that I can not mention on public .
