My wife and I have been waiting for 12 years for her permanent residence application to be approved. I am a South African citizen and my wife is from Azerbaijan. We have 3 children together and are legally married since December 2013. We have applied many times for a permanent spousal visa to be processed and approved. We are still on a 2 year temporary visa.
