Good evening Sir, I read the article about the governing partys rejection to the bill. I would assume that an institution that cannot even pay its employees a basic salary would be unable to pay their pension contributions either. Therefore when you propose that they give back, a portion of pension contributions to employees, to settle their debts you are prosing that that employee issue funny money back to their employees.. That employer wouldn't stant for more embarrassment.
