I'm a member of the Nwandlamharhi CPA and the key witness to the Court intervention under case no.LCC 89/2019 where I testified on behalf of the community about the lies that was spoken in court by the two groups who were fighting since 2016.
I want to make it clear that the court has directed the DG and the department to implement the order of case no 90356/16 and case no LCC89/2019 that was issued by Judge Cowen on the 10th October 2023.
As the community we are tired of the department allowing the 7 members of Mthabine and Mthombeni families to carry on without any action by our Government since the restitution of Malamala in 2013.
If the land was restored for the rest of the Nwandlamharhi community,why the government officials are siding with the the two families at the expense of the Nwandlamharhi CPA?
We are requesting your intervention as our beloved minister to instruct and direct the implementation of the Nwandlamharhi CPA elective AGM.
