during the outbreak of COVID 19 i am experiencing challenges with my company, they are no longer paying according to the days i have worked for. in which our government did not amend that to the essential workers, what i am aware of is the impact of covid 19 tax measures not exploitation of employees by certain companies on this difficult situation. i have been to this warehouse for 10 years now, no provident fund, no medical aid, no increase unless you fight for it that is when they attend to your issues as if you are not existing from their data base and after 12 months you have to pay for a new uniform

Please assist: it has been two months now this happening to me, i have send an e-mail to albertina.barlow@labour.gov.za concerning our crises as employees here at londmeadow Pick n Pay DC. Please if need be proofs of pay slips i can provide with honer, see the E-mail below

My name is Sevha Erick Baloyi working for COSTARS at Pick 'n Pay DC Longmeadow
i have worked 16 days on the months of March, they only payed for 15 days, they did not pay1 day of Sunday and when i ask them they said is because of the collective agreement of the union(nufbsaw) in which i have explained to them that i(Erick) am not a member of that union. The operation manager Mr Izaak said to me( Erick) there is nothing he can assist me with, and i also went to our GM Mr Morne, he also made mention of collective agreement and nothing was done as such. i(Erick) have payslip and email with whatsapp messages for a proof of the reporting structure that i followed.

on the month of April i(Erick) worked 16 days they payed 14 days and 2 Sundays were not payed, this time i approached Jackie the HR personnel and she said this will always be like this and there is nothing she can do for me, i(Erick) have payslips with me for a proof

How can i(Erick) be a happy essential worker without being payed according to my working days
Please intervene to this matter
