Dear Dr Minister
I as a patient from Livingstone hospital in Port Elizabeth in Eastern Cape i am very upset and furious.
On 5 of November seeing the specialist for my colon and hernia and where i assist that i want an operation done for my hernia. Dr Muller at SOPD refuse to do operation and decide to unlawfully updose my Topraflux 40mg that i use daily to 80mg and then said this will fix the hernia problem. Came by the pharmacy to get the 80mg the pharmacy told me they can't give it it can cause my death. Went back to dr muller and she tried to unlawfully get the tablets for me. I then went home without my tablets and the Dr that refuse to arrange for an operation because i want the operation to be done because everyday i struggle with terrible pain and reflux that i sometimes have to crawl on the floor. I dont have an normal life with this pain and if i do not go for operation my guts will start coming out of my stomach. I also would like to have an normal living life like any other person because i am having this problems now for years that is getting worser by the days.
