I write this mail out of pure desperation,

I have been trying to get my passport for the past two months.

There seems to be a system error on your side, which nobody can fix.

I have already paid over a thousand rand to have this complete.

I am due to travel on the 11-12-18

I have been to the branch numerous times, I have emailed multiple times but never get any assistance.

I am literally begging for help.
