Why is the government allowing delayed responses in dealing with VITAL documents such as Passports. It's taken your staff FOUR months to write and tell us that fingerprints needed recapturing before they can proceed with application. FOUR months?! Why?
And now they say we cannot pay for an expedited service or apply for emergency travel documents. Our financial implication is that we lose money we've saved up for YEARS for a holiday.

No one is willing to help especially when the government allows infant sized boxes for adult size fingerprints to be taken.

When will south africa start operating at an acceptable level?
