Dear Mr. Leon Schreiber.

It is very sad and unfortunate that i have to write to you publically, as you, nor someone in your office or department, returns my 3 emails.

On January 2025, i applied for a new passport, at Botchabello in the Free State. Today is March the 20th, i have not received it.

I have made over 60 telephone calls, and a case opened at the department of home affairs.

It has been at "the printers" since February the 15th.

I am going to loose my job in the USA, because of your incompetent department. If your office cannot even answer my e mails to support my issue, then i can understand why your department fails to issue a passport timeously.

How is it possible to wait 2 months for my passport. If i lose my job over your incompetant department, i will make this an international affair.

My employer wants to know from me, why i am not back at work and why is it taking so long just to issue a passport in South Africa. What an embarrassment for my employer to ask me such a question.

I have waited long enough. Are you or your department going to pay my weekly salary i am loosing because i have to wait 2 months for my passport ??. I dont think so !!!

Are you and your department going to feed my wife and kids, pay my house and vehicle installments, my water and lights???

I have had enough of this. Your job is to make sure your department runs smooth from a day to day basis. You can't even reply to e mails.

I want to know what are you going to do about my passport that has been at the printers since February 15th, after applying on January 27th, 2025

Can i forward you my banking details so that you can pay my weekly salary, and back pay, from January 27th ??

Please advise what is your next step to ensure i get my passport very very soon, so that i can return to work, and what are you going to do to solve my problem.
