Dear Dr Leon Schreiber,
My daughter's father has been working in Vietnam since January 2019 and now China, and we aren't sure if he will be planning to come back to South Africa soon.
Her password has expired in December 2023 so we need to apply for a new password.

Would it be at all possible to do a Skype call with him to get his consent and biometrics, or can he go to the South African Embassy/consulate in Hong Kong and have it done there, to give permission that I may apply for her new passport?
