I scheduled an appointment for 12-13:00 at the Middelburg, Mpumalanga Home Afairs office. I am sitting for over two hours and only A picture was taken for a passport and Id card re-newal.

I want to know why you schedule an appointment if Home Affairs don't help you in the alocated time slot.

We are planning our days according to the appointments. Taking leave to sit here and don't get helped in a timely manner
