Please we applied for a passport at Absa Keywest Krugersdorp on the 15th June 2022 they said it takes 2 weeks, it’s 3 today and still no sign of it!
She needs it asap as she is due to travel on 6 July 2022 ?
Can you perhaps issue a temporary one until as she has gone into depression right now as she will be left behind and not accompanying the rest of the family…
