After 6 weeks your head office still cant find the payment I made FOR A RENEWAL PASSPORT at the George branch - payment was made simultaneously with the payment for a new ID Card even when someone else in the department sends me this proof of receipt on the system - see below
Now your department want me to pay a penalty fee for late payment
NOT TO MENTION THAT I HAD TO MOVE MY VISA APPLICATION APPOINTMENT TWICE NOW
