I hope this message finds you well.

My name is Onkemetse Matlhaku, and we had the opportunity to meet during the Sea Moss product presentation in Rosebank. During our conversation, we briefly discussed the potential for collaborating on live streaming arts and culture events.

I represent #MyNeighborhoodTV, a non-profit initiative that trains young people in multimedia production, including camera operation, editing, and live streaming. As part of our mission, we not only equip youth with valuable skills but also create opportunities for them to apply these skills by covering real events. Our team has successfully documented and live streamed a variety of community-based initiatives, including grassroots sports events, local discussions, prominent funerals, and podcasts. Most recently, we provided live streaming services for the Mayor’s event in Mogale City.

We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to follow up on our previous conversation and explore how we might support the Department’s efforts in showcasing arts and culture through professional and community-rooted live video coverage.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to the possibility of working together.

Warm regards,
Onkemetse Matlhaku
