May you accept this sincere congratulatory message on your appointment as Minister of Home Affairs. Amongst many and much about that cluster that I do not know, I am certain that the status of foreign nationals off the administrated base by reason of undocumented populace is critical. For that, and with that may you please, as I trust it is well within your ranks to focus on setting and or establishing African-centers where individuals can have no excuse to not be documented as they should be able to apply for papers. Clearly, arresting and deporting is ineffective and in fact is doing more costly damage than a well calculated approach to having areas locally for people to do the proper thing. Of course we must observe reasonable population increases as far as immigrants, migrants, refugees and the likes are concerned but Sir, that may be tackled by a more shrewd and strategized method to radically have a sterner documenting process as far as the world economy evolves to continually need people being effectively captured into glocalised databases. It is just a suggestion. Once again congratulations on your new appointment and may God help you.
