Dear Sir,
Our son applied for a passport renewal through the SA Consulate in the UAE in Aug 2024.
The Consulate are unable to give any answers as to the progress of the passport in question:

I have phoned the DHA helpline numerous times, but are on hold for over an hr.
Please can someone assist, as he can't travel out of thr UAE currently.
