I am writing to you in desperation. We applied for our minor daughters passports on the 2nd September 2025. We are still wanting for the passports to be ready. The process has been sitting on "processing". I have phoned in multiple times, to be told they're still being processed, and no can fully advise as to what the hold up is, or how long they are still going to take. Keep being told it's being escalated, but still not receiving feedback??

We received our other minor daughters passport within 5 days, no issues.
