I need urgent assistance in the above matter which has been with the Randburg courts for SIX YEARS 68 hearings of which he CHOSE to only attend 7 AND THE COURT DID NOTHING. ! TWO WARRANTS OF ARREST ORDERED AND NEVER SENT FROM THE RANDBURG COURTS THE THIRD I SENT AT MY OWN EXPENS AND HE NEVER PITCHED AT THE KNYSNA COURTS AND THE COURT DID NOTHING! He refused to furnish the court with ANY DOCUMENTS and THE COURT DID NOTHING, Mr. Chauke retrieved all the document which b=proved beyond doubt he was lying had TWO BUSINESSES he was running, MULTIPLE BANKING ACCOUNTS AND MULTIPLE INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS PLUS APPLIED FOR A LOAN FROM NEDBANK WHERE HIS WIFE WORKS AND WAS GRANTED A LOAN FOR A NEW 4X4 CAR but please penniless and unemployed AND THE COURT DOES NOTHING! I have a High court order which my ex husband "chooses" he says in court not to pay and a further judgement was given by Mag. Krause which he has again ignored and the court does absolutely nothing about it? At the two criminal hearings the Magistrate states to me that my George High Court Divorce order and my Judgement from Randburg court are 'PIECE OF RUBBISH AND SHOULD BE THROWN IN THE BIN HE WILL DECIDE IF I GET MY MEDICAL MAINTENANCE OR NOT" tHIS is totally illegal and I have tried
for all these six years for SOMEONE TO DO SOMETHING, and they all remain dumbstruck, incuding Mr. Dawood who promised me the earth, and Chief Justice D Mlambo who just does not bother to reply to my emails. There are some women waiting for EIGHT YEARS for this and still THE COURT DOES NOTHING. One of the prosecutors has been charged with corruption twice and is still employed at the courts, my ex, his lawyer and de jager (prosecutor have clandestine meetings on the stairwell before each eharing and when I approach they run away like 2 year olds then he stands up in court and states he has not EVER OPENED THE FILE TWICE?
