Thank you Sir for this opportunity to contact you via an open message,

i have handed in my firearm under the amnesty period/deal,
if any firearm license, has expired, we should hand in the gun and reapply for such a license,
my Gun license had expired and one month after i tried to re-instate it, i was told i am now have a Illegal unlicensed firearm and can be arrested, i was never allowed to get this done until now.
this was done July last year 2020, SAPS advertise on all their platforms that they used to take 90 days , this was extended to 120 days !!! my competency took 225 days before i was sent an email with an unstamped competency license certificate?, my firearm license is still outstanding and sitting at Ballistics for 6 months now, yet i have a copy of the IBIS test done and CFR say it has not been done??

i live in Gauteng, and cannot protect my family or myself due to the fact that my Firearm license has been delayed for more than a year,

i plead for assistance in any way to get the CFR to complete the long over due task of licensing my firearm.

Mr Whitfield i have tried all other avenues of all complaints at the SAPS, You Sir are my only last hope.
