Morning sir. I am writing this letter as a concerned and worried parent. My son has passed N6 Civil in 2016 up to now hes not received his certificates. He has been send to the department several times paying money for the certificate to be issued up to now with no help. Is very long time and frustrating. Can the minister intervene in this issue. My son cannot even get a job because of outstanding certificate. Please help
