i just thought maybe since you are the Basic Education Minister this might concern you.

Firstly I just want to express my level of disappointment, unethical and unprofessional approach that I received from unisa customer service agents when I called this morning to enquire about my 2024 allowances.

I have been enquiring since last year about my 2024 Outstanding Allowance, sending emails and trying to call Unisa everyday but no luck. I have been requesting a link to be sent to me since there is money reflecting on UNISA's side but they don't want to release it to me, this makes me think that they want to keep it for themselves.

Other students are in the process of receiving their 2025 allowances whereas my 2024 allowance is still outstanding. If nothing is done then I'll have no choice but to take this matter further because this is FRAUD because NSFAS disbursed my funds a long time ago to my institution. This has been going on for some time so thats why i have decided to involve you.
