It is deeply distressing to have my Grant review approved and then suddenly cancelled. I am told because I didnt get payout for 6 months I must re apply.
Even worse all the paperwork disappeared and I have to start all over again. Most of your staff at meyerton offices , (excluding Queenie who seems to work 3 times harder than everybody else) are very harsh and abrasive and if you complain, you get punished!!!
They cannot properly work the ticket system and it is used as a means to work at a snails pace. Old people must stand in the sun. PLEASE PLEASE have your monitors go and watch how they operate. Tell me what to do to get my Sassa quickly and efficiently please.
