Dear Minister

I hereby request for your assistance in the matter as stated below:

The above mentioned did not receive hid old age and forster grant on the 5th of September 2018 and the money was drawn from his account before he was issued with the card for the grant. He laid the complaint to the local SASSA Cofimvaba office (Mr. RM Daniel phone 063 1835 024/ 047 874 8423) and unfortunately the matter was not resolved. Mr londoza has been continuously wasting the little money he has by visiting the Cofimvaba SASSA offices and up to now he has not been getting any resolution to the matter.

Out of frustration, he decided to discuss the matter with me and my husband. Mr. Londoza is a close relative to my husband. This issue is adding a lot of stress to Mr Londoza and is highly contributing to his medical condition. The incident occurred almost a year ago and yet he still goes to the SASSA offices requesting for his money to be paid.

I called Mr. Daniel this morning requesting for answers and he indicated that the matter has been referred to the Fraud Department. I requested for all the documents that are linked to this issue and he indicated that they are with Ms Ngele who is stationed in the Eastern Cape Head Office. Mr. Daniel could not provide me with the contact details for Ms Ngele. I have attached all the copies of the documents that I could get from my relative; Mr Londoza.
