I am Chief Benjamin Oelf Community Leader from Farley Rooi Kraal, Roodekraal. I am the Father and Grandfather who lost 9 Family Members in the Horrific Devastating Bush Fires in Knysna last year 29/10/2019. It was the second Devastating Fires in Knysna.

We have lodged a Community Restitution Claim in 1996 and was approved in 1998. ; But the Claim was divided by the George Satellite Office and Cape Town Head Office Land Claims! Despite our objections. Maybe it was done so that they can delay our claims. The Knysna Municipality has Approved the sales of our land. Although the Knysna Municipality knows about the Community Claims. When the community objected I was charged and summoned to appear in the Knysna Court for Trespass and Crimen Injuria in 2012. The new owners of the farms evicted evicted the farm dwellers on a Sunday morning# On Kraaibosch Farm Erf no 107#
