Dear Mr Cele.
I am writing to you with a sore heart with regards to a specific individual staying in the Limpopo Province who is selling Nyaope to children with no impunity. The Police from Mankweng Police Station are aware of this criminal activity and all they do is to go collect bribery monies from this person. Children as young as 13 Years of age are buying Nyaope from this person and are openly smoking this in front of our yards and parents. He has also opened a scrap yard dealership so they come to our houses to steal anything that they can sell to this person. This is in a village environment where the households are mainly consists of old parents as most of us are in Gauteng and our parents are defenceless against these nyaope boys. We humbly request your urgent intervervention in closing down this illegal business which is killing our village and the youth in general.
