I'm Dut student, I'm writing this short message with a hope of getting help,Dut few month ago,did applied the rule N+2.the problem is one the systems did rejected the student who did not belong to N+2 rule and i one of those student.
Now I'm worry when Dr Nzimande talk about online learning,because I'm have no NSFAS...
