hope this message finds you well, I received an sms saying I’m no longer funded due to n2 rule exceeding 5 years, I finished my matric in 2016 then 2017 went to university and started my first year I’m doing Accounting(4years) this is my 4th year but I don’t understand how come this message says I have exceeded 5years and I have never ever registered to any high institution.
I am doing my last year and I was funded by Nsfas since 2018 then they cancelled me this year.
I go to Durban university of Technology (Midlands)
Since we will be doing online learning and I don’t have equipment like smartphone or laptop because I don’t receive Nsfas allowance anymore, how will I be able to access my emails and Microsoft team for study groups and online test.
I have sent an email at the Nsfas office but they didn’t explain what I asked for or try to help me with this problem I’m facing and they don’t respond to some of my emails.
I would really appreciate help in this situation
