i am writing you this mail in regards with my nsfas application, i would like to find out if there is any way that i can be assisted in regards with my nsfas application that has been on the same status for almost 5 months. every time i call nsfas customer care they say that they cannot tell me whats going on and the procedure is system automated.i am not getting a clear message as to what is happening with my application and i require assistance.i am in dire need of funding as i am a law student with unisa.
