My sincere greetings to you

My name is Dipto Kanyane. I am a student at the university of limpopo. I am writing this letter because I am very struggling to get replies from nsfas regarding my funding. I took a gap year in 2019 due to family issues I had, knowing that I am coming back to finish my studies in 2020. I tried to re-apply for nsfas funding in 2019 for 2020 funding but the website said I already have a profile therefore I cannot re-apply. This yeah I got an email from nsfas saying I should have applied for funding in 2019 yet I did so. I tried sending them proof of a video and screen shots of me trying to re-apply and the web site telling me I have a profile already but I still got no reply.
I also applied for an appeal in mid-February 2020 giving valid reasons with paper based proof to show and explain why I could not perform well in 2018 and why I took a gap year in 2019 and I have been trying to enquire about the feedback of my appeal but no one knows anything of any progress of my appeal as if maybe the appeal application I sent was lost or something.
I tried reaching out to my financial aid officer, the school treasurer, nsfas connect email site but no one replies to my emails or calls.
I am asking you today as I write this letter to please help me save my academic year and help me not forfeit my a year in my studies by helping me get funding from nsfas.
