I hope this letter finds you well.

The students who are capped are struggling, The challenges were are facing are as follows.
The capped amount is not enough and does not cover for everything, once the tuition is payed and the residence. Then we end up not getting meal allowance, with no financial support from home because of this pandemic that made most parents loss their jobs. We ask you to please re-visit the guidelines and increase the amount of the capped students or change it to uncapped.

Your help minister in this concern, will be kindly appreciated.
