Dear Bonginkosi Emmanuel (Blade) Nzimande, I'm forced to turn to you now for an answer on my previous request (3x unsuccessful occassions) on behalf of someone who desperately wants to make a difference in her life and the life of her family. Last night after 3x mails and numerous telephone calls to the institution, I was informed the case has been closed. I've asked myself, how can a case be closed, without any information about the applicant if her story was not shared
