Dear Minister :

Since March has started, students at the University of Limpopo such as myself have began with their Online Learning. The problem is just that all of the NSFAS beneficiaries have not received their allowances and it is already April.

How are students supposed to study with empty stomachs? The March allowance has passed them and now the April allowance is about to do the same. Another issue is that students are not allowed on-campus which causes them to rent out rooms off-campus to store their belongings . They are therefore required to pay for rent with money they do not have.

All of this is just increasing student debts. I hope this message gets to you and that you will be able to help.
