Mr Minister i am student at a public TVET and we have not received our monthly allowance, Mr Minister Blade it is heartbreaking and stressful to us as we are expected to pay rent.

Covid19 is affecting every human being on every level, we are thankful that we were sent home to stay home to flaten the curve of Covid19. I am pleading with you sir for TVET students to be given a monthly allowance so that we may be able to pay rent as most of us we renting at a private accomodation since TVET have their own student residence.

Please Mr Minister Blade we are in our rural areas far from the urban areas and we left our appliances,clothes,etc at the accomodation we can't go to collect our stuff since it's lockdown and can't be moving from one province to another.

Please please please... Mr Minister we really need that allowance to pay rent, some of us our parents are street vendors and there's no income.Please sir
