Dear Nobuhle Nkabane.I'm writing this message as I need your help as our new minister of higher education. It's my first year at tVet college and I haven't received my allowance from NSFAS. Now my accommodation is chasing me out because it hasn't received any rent payment. Please help me out with NSFAS, I'm just a student who loves school but such things happen that will force me to drop out.
