Good day Honorable Minister
Why is it that NSFAS does not fund Hair and beauty studies at the College of Cape Town. I have been excepted for beauty studies for 2020 for which the fees are R48000 per annum. I am financially dependent on my mom and she can't afford this. It seems that I will now have to forego my aspirations to study next year.
