I am writing this message to inform you about our disappointment in NSFAS. We were funded by NSFAS the previous years and we have never failed even a single module, but at this time we found out that we're still waiting to be finalized. We are struggling since we come from a very disadvantaged background. Those people from call center they always tell us one thing, they tell us to monitor our statuses all the time we try to call. This is frustrating.

We were hoping that maybe you will play by a good example to see change in our statuses since you came in power. Can you please be fair and show just a little kindness to us unfunded students who are in deep debts because of NSFAS system.
