Dear Minister,

I write this message to you as my last resort. Over the past 9 year after completing my NQF Level 4 Qualification that took me 3 years to complete. Even today I have nothing to show that yes I did study and completed my marketing cause at south West Gauteng College Because I don't have my Academic statement or my Certificate cause it was never given to me till today. I can't count how many times and years I have been to the college to get my certificate but I have never succeeded. No one can explain to me why they can't give me my certificate or point me the right direction on how can I get my certificate. I have been to department of education Johannesburg department of education Pretoria and SWGC college I have been taken Pilar to post and still no certificate. I have send email to the college explaining to them how is this affecting my life.begging them for assistance I have called them numerous time and still I still don't have my qualification or prove of me showing that I did study and completed my qualification. Due to this I can't further my studies. When Applying for job it is difficult for me because I don't have my qualification. This year after applying for a job and passed everything once I was in training the company realised that I have nothing to show for my qualification I was tolled to go home I can only come back when I have the qualification. I am a single mother coming from a power background my mother unployed my father passed away one months ago. I am the only hope for my two boys to survived and my mother. I had to convince the HR of the company that I will provide them with the qualification but the Truth is I can't because I don't have have my qualification and I am about to lose my job. My job is the only way I can provide for me and my kids. I don't know what to do any more I have tried everything in my power and still I failed. Please minister can you intervene and assist me you are my only hope for me to to further my education and support my kids and final have my qualification. What's the point of studying and completing you qualification without even failing once to end up being in the same situation with someone who never went to schools or college. All my hard work down in the drain for what? I ask my self.
