I am a COIDA beneficiary as liability has been accepted 2024 July and being diagnosed with chronic Asthma 2017 and i can't get a job due to unfitness and on medications.My claim has been approved on medical and compensation liability. I follow up from January I Ve been told when there's been a challenges in paying current pensioner after clearing them first as they haven't pay them January they will attend me.Ever since I Ve be told that my claim is under execute payment/ approved and it's waiting finance to release the payment.I have been struggling financially using my 2kids sassa grant to travel to the hospital.COIDA has promised to find me a pulmonologist last year as medical liability has been accepted,yet they told me to look for myself,they said they can't find the pulmonologist for me as most doctors they don't take COIDA beneficiaries.😭😭I had to find myself the pulmonologist in Lung Unit in public hospital and they booked me for March which i understand while they failed to refer me to their doctors list who is directly works with COIDA.My challenge is Compensation Fund delay funds while I am in need of it for transportation and other basics needs to hospital the failed me to assist me with.I tried to contact them no response,no communication,no emails responses,even under complaints departments and I cannot travel everytime to enquire with them everytime as I live far and it's R100 return trip,also no feedback or update s from them.Some officials told me they work from home when you call them,they not in the office,systems when calling and request for follow-up often offline😭😭.It left me frustrated and created a negative impact and anxiety and left me with depression.😭 Honorable James you are my last hope.Please assist me to get my pension with COIDA as it a permanent disease/ disablement.I believe in you and remain my last hope😭😭🙏🙏
