Dear Sir

I would like to remind you that the Western Cape is not the only province in South Africa. If you want to do your job properly in parliament then you need to hold all provinces, all municipalities and even the governing party to account. NOT ONLY THE WESTERN CAPE. If you cannot hold other parties or other provinces to account then i suggest you resign from parliament and allow one of your other members to take your post who might hold ALL PARTIES TO ACCOUNT.
