Honorable Minister Creezy

I hereby wish to bring to your attention the non existence and none functionality of the above mentioned department that is responsible for reporting to your office.
It pains me as a concerned and responsible community member and a South African citizen and lastly as a member of the African National Congress that the department is not operating from a accessible office under one roof since November 2024 to date.
I am particularly concerned about the department's employees that is working all over Kimberley under uncondusive working conditions with limited to no resources but are expected to serve the people of Kimberley and the Northern Cape as a whole.
The department is one of the biggest revenue collectors in the Province and in government.

It's terrible what its doing and not doing to service delivery.

Therefore I see it right and just to share this information with you Mam as I do not think youare aware of this critical situation under your watch.

I am looking forward to a favorable response and action in the name of Service Delivery!
