Thank you for the opportunity to write to you.
I paid for my FFC on 20/10/2025 and to date I have not received one.
I did an online query through the website on 27/02/2026. The status still says "No action"
I have phoned and emailed on numerous occasions.
I completed an Application for a Fidelity Fund Certificate on 4 May 2026 so the case could be escalated. I am a sole Proprietor of a small residential letting business in Durbanville,Cape Town. When I phone to follow up I can only speak to someone at the call centre and nothing gets achieved.
As per Section 49 the PPRA are supposed to issue a FFC within 30 days of payment.
I feel that I have exhausted all avenues possible to me.
I would appreciate assistance in this regard as we are now half was through 2026 and I have to submit documentation to FIC and other bodies that require a FFC.
Your assistance and feedback would be appreciated.
