Dear Minister,
Please can you intervene on my old age grant applocation.
I submitted it on 07 Jan 2025 (Ref no 07023058103) and have sent numerous emails and visited the Pretoria branch on several occasions and they advised that they cannot assist as I did the application online. I have uploaded all bank statements as requested
The emails I have sending to are as follows

and i don't get positive feedback, just that there is a backlog and I must keep checking online.
My latest email sent today is as follows
Good day Maria,
I must be honest and express my utmost disappointment in the lack of anyone in SASSA not taking ownership of their position and following up on a query that is now over 4 months since the initial application and the only additional information requested is first the live better account statements and then a request that all bank statements had to be certified. All that was done and that's where it has halted,
Does a case not get allocated to a specific person to deal with from first query to finalisation.
I am also not impressed that I don't get any feedback from yourself.

I have now 4 different people in senior positions that have not taken ownership of this query, no wonder the staff have the same no care attitude,
Why does negative emails have to be sent out? Surely one of the 5 can make a decisive decision.
Maybe I should send my query to Liam Jacobs to do my follow up for me
Please I beg of you to please look into thiss matter for me
