Dear Minister Hendricks

I am very sorry that I need to involve you in (what you might see as) a petty issue like registering for a grant, but unfortunately the SASSA seems to be non-existent and/ or just plain useless and incompetent (and it would seem as if the Department of Social Development have not yet created an official email facility for you).

Even my below plea to the CEO has gone unanswered and in the meantime SASSA, through their refusal to assist/ do what they are being paid to do, is withholding a social grant to my brother who is not only unable to work, but also of pensional age!

I am NOT asking for anything special, JUST FOR SASSA TO RESET A PASSWORD AND/ OR CANCEL REGISTRATION (which they have not done anything about for almost a year) FOR OLD AGE GRANT in order for me (with full Power of Attorney) to register my brother to receive the old age grant which he is entitled to!

Your intervention and assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.
