Why is it that principals demand development / Donation fee When if it is a NON fee school.The excursions the learners attend is free.Why must we pay a registration fee for grade R. Western Cape, Mitchell's Plain. The learners must buy their own Stationary, development fee is then more whereby paying schools was less.
